Nobert Eichler, Sound engineer and audio post-production specialist

Norbert Eichler discovered his love for audio recording while running, together with friends, the local folk club and taping many wonderful gigs on his Revox and Nakamichi tape machines. Tape? Yes, that was a long time ago, in the seventies to be precise.

Several decades later, having set his priorities more on family life and an IT career, he resumed audio work in the digital domain, recording numerous live concerts, mostly classical. Other jobs like CD productions, music videos, audio books, and movie audio postproduction followed. He was always particularly passionate about making the human voice sound great, be it a solo singer, a choir, or a speaker.

In order to improve his skills, Norbert took classes and private lessons with several of the best audio professionals, among which renowned Tonmeister Malgorzata Albinska-Frank. She gave him her seal of approval by recommending him repeatedly to some of her clients.

Norbert employs tools of excellent quality – microphones, speakers, headphones, up-to-date software and, not to forget, his sensitive hearing – but his credo is that each job must begin with a true understanding of the client’s needs and visions.
